The process in general was great. The only thing was when checking on the update of my order it stayed stuck at the order processing stage, so I didn’t know if my order was ready or not.

Ordered 2 pie suppers, one was supposed to have brown sauce but didn't, the pies were also a bit greasy tonight which is unusual as they are usually great

Was already hungry when ordered food at 4:11pm and knew we had to wait one hour for delivery which was fine but that meant acrually expecting it one hour later and not two hours later… as a full time single mother of two hungry children, I can’t justify trying to even do this as it’s a lot of money wasted when it can’t be an enjoyable experience with tired moaning hungry children. Very stressful so sadly I won’t be in a rush to do this again. It was the first time I’ve tried to do this after a long time and just left feeling disappointed. There was also no brown sauce on the chips that I had requested either.

my chips where cold and asked for my pizza to be crispy on the bottom it was 10 min later than stated think its been lying in the car while there was a few deliveries

Food was fantastic when it arrived despite having to call 90 mins after ordering and for some reason although my order was first it hadn't gone through the machine, food was then cooked hot and fresh and a free bottle juice as an apology was delivered about 20 mins later

Ordered at 7:05pm due by 8:10pm and finally arrived at 9:05 due to waiting on donner meat, no communication to share this info till I called

Had a wee problem with one of meals but sent a new one within 15 minutes. Great service

Meals were good, only downfall was ordered kids meal with box but no box arrived as apparently they don't do them anymore do money wasted there, website needs updating if no boxes are to be sold
